    Polenta Sage Croutons

Prepare your polenta and add some chopped sage at the last minute. Slice into 1 by 2 inch pieces. Place part butter and part oil in a saute pan and fry the polenta squares on both sides. Drain on paper towels. They are great on top of a salad or superb in soup.

We at DIY believe all of the recipes from All in Good Taste are accurate and reliable, but since we have not tested them personally, we can claim no responsibility if the desired results are not achieved.
