Ingredients: 1 pkg. refrigerated canned breadstick dough 1 egg white Your favorite filling Preparation: Unroll the breadsticks and cut each into thirds. Flour a board and the dough and roll until flattened. To form each cup, turn a muffin pan over and place each of the three pieces on top of each section. Wrap a breadstick-dough strip around the cup and pinch together (figure A) to form a bowl, making sure there are no holes. Mix beaten egg white with water and brush onto each cup. Repeat for remaining cups. Bake in a 375-degree oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes -- keep an eye on them because the egg white will cause the dough to brown faster. Remove from oven and invert them for perfect little bread bowls (figure B). You can fill them with your favorite hot filling -- anything from chili to hot soup -- for a different type of presentation.
