    Figure A

    Ingredients:

1 package of canned crescent rolls
    Melted butter
    Brown sugar to taste
    Ground cinnamon to taste
    Chopped pecans to taste

    Preparation:

Unroll the triangles from a package of canned crescent rolls. Brush the inside of each triangle lightly with some melted butter. Add some brown sugar to each triangle. Sprinkle with enough cinnamon to lightly cover the sugar. Place chopped pecans on each as generous or sparse as you like. Start at the wide end of the triangle and roll up and curve inwards. Top each with a nice, single pecan half. Brush lightly with more butter and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with any white icing glaze of your choice.

Another quick idea is roll out one loaf of prepared bread dough you get in the freezer section of your supermarket. Coat the bread with brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Brush around the edge of the bread dough with melted butter. Chop some red cinnamon candy in a food processor and add to the top of the cinnamon. Roll it up, (not too tightly because it will rise) and then cut in slices. Place the slices in a 13 by 9 baking dish and brush the tops with melted butter. Follow the directions for baking the bread on the package. Drizzle with your favorite icing (figure A) and watch how fast they disappear.
