Ingredients: 2 cups fresh bread crumbs 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 4 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 tsp. grated lemon rind Preparation for Stuffing: In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg and lemon rind.
