    Khachapouri

    Ingredients:

    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbs. salt
    7 to 8 cups flour
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    2 lbs. Brie
    1 apple, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey

    Preparation:

Warm the milk slightly (no more than 100 degrees). Add the yeast and sugar to the warm milk. Add salt to the flour and place flour mixture in mixing bowl. Add milk and then softened butter. Mix for 5 minutes, or until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Shape into a ball; cover and set bowl aside in a warm place until dough has doubled in size. Knead again and set aside once more, letting the dough rise again.

Pinch off a piece of dough (for the "button" topping). Roll out remaining dough like a pizza crust. Arrange brie and apples in a wheel atop the dough; drizzle with honey. Fold corners into the center, brush on an egg-wash and add the button. Egg-wash once more. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
