    Italian Bread Crumbs

    Ingredients:

    1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbs. finely grated Parmesan
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbs. dried parsley

    Preparation:

    Pinch off bits of bread, place in food processor and process until reduced to crumbs. Place in a bowl and add cheese, oregano, garlic powder and parsley and stir well. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer (it's really good fresh).
