Ingredients:1 cup orange juice, cold
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or milk (for creamy version)
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 cup raspberries
1 Tbs. honey (optional)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend to consistency of your liking.
Tip: Add 1/2 cup of chopped ice if using fresh fruit instead of frozen.
