Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 cinnamon stick 3 green cardamom pods, bruised 3 cloves 3 tsp. sugar, or to taste 3/4 cup milk 2 tsp. black tea or 2 teabags Preparation: To 2 cups of water add cinnamon stick, cardamom pods and cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar and milk and steep with loose or bagged black tea for an exotic taste of India.
