Ingredients: Use all proportions to taste. Pepperoncini peppers Gorgonzola cheese Cream cheese Fresh garlic, chopped and fried Preparation: Cut off tops and remove seeds and veins from the peppers. Mix cream cheese and Gorgonzola together, place in a piping bag and squeeze into peppers. Fry garlic in oil until brown; sprinkle it on top of the cheese.
