Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter Vidalia onions, sliced Red and green apples, sliced 1 tsp. garlic, minced Salt and pepper (to taste) 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation:
Melt butter in a pan at medium heat until it begins to bubble. Add onions, apples, garlic and salt and pepper. Once apples begin to brown, add maple syrup and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes. Spoon over Peanut-Crusted Pork Chops.
