Adhesive-backed Velcro
Using a large piece of felt, cut a circle for the face. Next, cut out a variety of different eyes, ears, noses and mouths. Stick the adhesive-backed Velcro on the backs of the pieces to attach them to the face and allow for quick creation of new faces. Resource:
