Storage Cabinet Shell
1. Measure wood to required dimensions. Mark cut with pencil.
2. Place wood on table saw and push through saw to cut.
3. Move long cuts of wood to compound miter saw to cut ends (figure A). Measure to mark the next cuts. Mark with pencil and cut on the line.
4. Hold cut pieces together on table and apply construction wood glue (figure B).
5. Nail pieces together with finish nailer.
6. Wipe excess glue off wood with wet rag (figure C).
7. Set the depth of the planer and run cut boards for door through the planer to smooth the sides (figure D). The planer removes the saw marks from the board and smooths the surface.
8. Attach cabinet shell to wall with wood screws into 4x4 studs to ensure a secure fit.
