The 8" deep sliding doors fit in front of the towers and center unit, making the entire unit 24" deep.
Installing Mechanisms for the Sliding Doors

An upside down 'L' shaped bracket is attached to the back of the sliding door and then bolted to the rolling car. Use two brackets per door unit.

    Tips:

    • Use tape to hold the rings over to the side of the track to prevent them from rolling back and forth while installing.

    • Exposed wood is easily damaged, so never hit it with a hammer. Use a scrap tapping block between the wood and the hammer instead.

    • Wood putty can be used to fill in any holes made by the nail gun.

    Sliding Doors Installation

    1. Two of the roller cars are moved to the center of the unit and one of the sliding doors is shimmed off the floor until it is at the correct height.

    2. Once the first door is installed, roll it to the side and install the second in the same way. You can install these by standing on the top of the center component unit so you can get to the back side of the door units.

    Finishing Up

    1. One of the last steps is to install metal shelving strips that hold small adjustable brackets that support the shelves. Put two strips on each inside panel of the unit. Each shelf is supported by four small clips that snap into the shelving strips.

    2. Put television onto mount.
