    Bench and Table Modifications

    1. Set benches in place to determine any modifications that will need to be made (figure A).

    2. Mark base molding, move benches out of the way and use a pry bar to remove the trim pieces (figure B).

    3. Pull nails out from the backside of the trim pieces with a pliers (figure C).

    4. Rip board to correct width on table saw.

    5. Use finish nails to secure the boards in place (figure D).

    6. Flip bench over and use a speed square to find the center of the leg. Drill a hole and tap in the levelers. Set a level on the bench and adjust leveler as needed (figure E).

    7. Flip table over and use a clod chisel to pop out the old metal caster insert. Drill a larger hole, tap in the T-nut and screw in the new caster (figure F).
