Recessed Lighting Installation
1. Once the position of the lights is marked on the ceiling (using a laser level line as a guide) (figure A), the 5-inch remodel-style recessed can is ready for installation (figure B).
2. Cut the ceiling holes by using a high-speed spiral saw (figure C). The blade looks like a drill bit and the compass accessory helps the saw pivot and makes a perfect circle (figure D).
3. Using the clips inside the fixtures, install the recess cans in the ceiling (figure E).
4. Use a screwdriver to snap each clip into place (figure F).
