Garage Door Removal
1. Carefully remove the garage door by loosening the tension bolt that releases the springs and tension (figure A).
2. Use a screwdriver to pry off the support cables (figure B).
3. Gently let down the door (figure C).
4. Remove the bolts, arms and wheels of the door (figure D).
5. Remove the panels in four sections (figure E).
6. Remove the spring assembly from its mount, both of the door tracts (figure F) and the garage door opener.
7. Next, remove the trim around the garage door opening with a pry bar (figure G).
