    Bench Staining

    1. Before painting the bench, use a tact cloth with a sticky resin to remove any dust or lint (figure J).

    2. Cover the walls with paper to protect them from the stain.

    3. Stain the bench with two coats (figure K).

    4. To finish the surfaces, apply a few coats of clear urethane (figure L).
