The painted paneling looks fantastic in the newly designed foyer.
    Materials:

    Sandpaper
    Paint
    Damp cloth
    Painter's tape
    Latex primer (Prep-Rite anchor bond)
Satin latex paint for top coat (Sponge #1138)
    Paintbrush

    Painting Wall Paneling

    1. Sand the paneling to make the surface more accepting of paint. Wipe the dust off with a damp cloth.

    2. Tape off all the areas that won't be painted (the ceiling and trim).

    3. Tint the primer to the same color as the top coat and roll it on. Use the edge of the roller cover to get into the grooves. If there are bare spots left, use a paintbrush to touch them up.

    4. Apply the top coat and let dry.
