    Pry bar
    Saws all
    Chalk line
    Tape measure
    Level
    Framing nailer
    Hammer
    Finish nailer
    Door
    Trim

    Sliding Glass Door Installation

    1. Remove and save siding from around window.

    2. Measure and mark, using a chalk line, the new opening.

    3. Tear out the existing window (figure A).

    4. Cut opening to accommodate the new door using a saws all (figure B).

    5. Dry fit new door.

    6. Adjust opening.

    7. Install new door into opening (figure C).

    8. Adjust for plumb and level.

    9. Install trim.

    10. Reinstall siding and replace any damaged siding.

    11. The door looks great (figure D)!

    Patching Drywall

    1. Remove damaged areas.

    2. Cut new drywall.

    3. Attach new drywall.

    4. Apply tape and mud (figure E).

    5. Sand and paint.
