The Heib family has just moved to Spotsylvania, Virginia and they’ve decided to go prefab. It took no time at all for the Heibs to green light the round shape and the prefab construction.
The Heibs
Christy and John got the ball rolling and nominated Terri as the family’s home designer. In about three months, Terri designed the one level, open floor plan she had always wanted with customizations like a 1,000 square foot deck and spiral staircase.
When it came time to build, the Heibs had a hard time finding a crew willing to assemble a round home. Bad weather then stepped in and delayed progress. The Heibs pushed forward and with the help of their onsite advisor, the crew assembled their home in just a few weeks time.
The Heib family now relaxes inside their 5,000 square foot, round home. The ten foot high wall panels and eight foot windows let the family soak in their surrounding property. Interiors
