    Designing

    Louis and Alexsandra meet with a design consultant to discuss the 75 designs the company offers. Once the couple chooses a design (figure A), they add a sunroom, sitting room and an expansive front porch to the floor plan (figure B).

    The last step in the design process is choosing the details from the cabinets (figure C) to countertops and carpets (figure D). Choices are top of line. If they don’t see what they like, customization is always an option (figure E). Every detail of their new home is chosen by them.

    Quick Facts

    • Standard floor plans range from 1,000 to 5,000 square feet, not including basements.

    • There is no limit to the number of modules. Some homes are built from more than 20 modules.
