Ingredients:2 medium oranges, peeled, cut into bite-size pieces (1 cup)
1 c. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. crushed ice
1. Place all ingredients, except ice, in a food processor or blender and process until smooth (figure A).
2. Add ice, blend briefly and serve (figure B) (figure C).
This recipe makes 4 cups (figure D).
