Architect Kristi Skelton uses martial arts to relieve the stress of her day and to teach her kids discipline and confidence. Skelton says Tae Kwon Do promotes confidence, strength and concern about others and keeps her in shape for her athletic pursuits. She stretches before each training session to reduce the risk of injury and says proper breathing is vital.
