With the network box ready, Ryan and host Regina, help Tanaia set up the new baby cam. They mount the camera to the wall, run the wiring to an existing outlet in attic above the room, turn the power on and now Mom has eyes in the baby room. Next, it's time to give Tanaia eyes and ears at the front door.

Bedroom CameraSteps: - The camera is mounted using two drywall screws. To establish where these screws need to be placed, put the screws in the sockets on the camera and hold the camera in the spot to mark the wall (figure O). If the screws are not aligned properly on the first try (figure P), try making a template out of loose-leaf paper using the holes on the paper as a guide.
- Determine where the closest electrical outlet is and drill two access holes. One in the wall right behind the camera, and one nearest to the power source.
- Feed the power connector for the camera through the access hole and plug it into the outlet. Use a retractable wire claw to grab the power cable and pull it back into the room.
- Connect the power to the cable and mount it securely onto the two wall screws (figure Q).
Ryan and Lloyd finish up the room by patching up the drywall. Now all that's left to do is test everything out and finish off the room with some new high tech gadgets. Unique halogen lights were installed and industrial pile carpeting was laid down. Next came the custom made desk and then Ryan helped mount a brand new flat screen TV right above the door so that Tanaia can stay connected with the outside world while even when she's working.
