    This window seat provides storage as well as convenient seating.

    Materials and tools:

    tape measure
    pencil
    safety glasses
    plywood
    2x4s
    miter saw
    screw gun
    six-foot level
    table saw
    circular saw

    1. Measure and cut studs to length to build the frame. Attach the bottom boards directly to the floor.

    2. Use a level to mark the location on the side walls. Line the front board up to the mark, and attach it to the wall.

    3. Cut the plywood to size on a table saw. Use a circular saw to cut the ends at an angle.
    Attach the pieces to the frame with a finish nailer.
