| Park Benches: Working to Create a Warrior-Style Welcome |
From "Warehouse Warriors" episode WHW-708 |
|
|
Two teams of Warehouse Warriors build park benches to benefit the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The teams are comprised of co-workers, friends and members of an old-time string band, the Mumbilies. While the two teams knew what task they'd be challenged with, the teams had 8 hours to build their respective designs. At the end of the competition, host Ed Del Grande and carpenters Scott Branscom and Jay Baker take the completed benches to a new home in the national park -- where they can enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year.

Both team's benches will provide a needed respite for those enjoying the trails of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Here, the Red Team's bench is positioned near a stream.

The host and team carpenters find the perfect spot to secure the Blue Team's creation.
