    Project:Nightstand
    Length of Competition 8 hours

    Red Team's Project:

School spirit is on display with The Red Team's nightstand. Designated for use in a child's room, the theme is football. The top features a drawn to scale, brightly painted, University of Tennessee Volunteers football field, complete with goal posts. Hidden beneath the top is a secret hideout/storage area, perfect for storing sports treasures. Below is an open shelf held in place by copper legs with wooden football feet.

    Final Score: 227

    Blue Team's Project:

Contemporary design, with artistic details is the style of this table. A rectangular cabinet supports a curved top with a smaller, raised, circular half shelf. The sides are glass block with copper trim and the cabinet door has a copper panel trimmed with decorative molding. Interior cabinet lights illuminate the glass and copper, allowing the base to function as a night light. Two decorative copper legs and wood veneer trim accent the design and the light wood blends well with different furniture styles.

    Final Score: 270
