    Length of Competition: 8 hours

    Red Team's Project:

    The Red Team designed an I-shaped table top made completely from glass brick. The two chairs consisted of upholstered plywood backing attached to an contemporary seat with one leg.

    Final Score: 255


    Blue Team's Project:

    The Blue team decided on a traditional outdoor table -- based on circles -- with three cushioned seats. A lazy susan was incorporated into the design to allow for easy access to food and drinks.

    Final Score: 228
