Red Team Activity Journal (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- After two plywood seat tops are cut into sun and moon designs, corner brackets are painted and the desktop is nailed to the cabinets.
- Two more pieces of plywood are measured and cut for the sides of the desk (figure A) and attached using the nail gun.
- Faux brick paneling is measured, cut and secured to the top of the countertop over the cabinets, then copper sheeting is added between the brick (figure B).
Blue Team Activity Journal (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
- After the rear and right inside of the smaller left-side cabinet is lined with bead board paneling, a shelf is attached to the cabinet.
- Decorative molding is cut and attach to the corner where the shelf meets the back of the cabinet (figure C).
- More plywood is cut and attached with a nail gun for the top, middle and bottom shelves (figure D).
- Two 1 x 2s are measured and cut to trim the edges of the cabinets and the shelves.
