    Red Team Activity Journal (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.)


    • The team cuts the bottom countertop from plywood, then secures the top to the base cabinets with the factory cut turned to the front (figure A).


    • Next, the team assembles a 2" x 4" frame for the back of the bar and attaches it to the base (figure B). This frame will support the raised serving area.


    Blue Team Activity Journal (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.)


    • The Blue Team traces the sink onto the area to be cut (figure C), allowing 1/4" for the lip of the sink.


    • The team drills holes into the corner of the template and uses a jigsaw (figure D) to cut the traced outline of the sink.
