When you're working on a project and find you need more than two hands, a workstation can be a project lifesaver. Some workstations even have clamps that will fit around an object (figure A) to hold it securely during drilling or sawing.

Workstations have many features to choose from -- and are available in a variety of styles and sizes (figure B). Some may have wheels for easy portability.

Tips to Remember:

• Choose a table that will achieve the widest variety of tasks.

• Select a workstation that will fit neatly in your workspace.

• Consider purchasing a workstation that is mobile (figure C).
