Cut 10x2 cedar lumber to size to serve as a frame for the plywood panels. Lay four of the 10x2 cedar pieces out flat to form the frame for one door panel. Check to make sure the pieces are laid out square and the dimensions are correct, then screw the cedar frame together. Add a crosspiece to support the middle of the door panel.Snap a chalk like on all four sides of the outside face of the plywood door panel to show where the screws should go. Place the door panel face-up on top of the frame and drive screws through the plywood panel into the frame, using the chalk lines as a guide.Repeat this process to build the other door panels. With all of the door panels built, lay them out the way they will go in the final assembly. Determine which panels will be connected by hinges.Use a circular saw to carefully cut a 45-degree angle in the edges of the door frames that will connect with hinges. This will allow the doors to actually close without the frame corner getting in the way.Flip the doors face-up and use screws to attach the heavy-duty, galvanized hinges. Use screws to attach the doors to the 10x2 lumber in the support structure.
