    Materials:

    Painter's tape
    Late glazing liquid
    Eggshell finish base coat
    Violet tint
    Black tint
    6 1/2" seamless foam roller
    2" flat brush
    Silver paint
    Cheese cloth

    1. Use painter's tape to create a lattice pattern to the closet doors. Start by making a big 'X' on the doors as a guide.


    2. Next, use a thicker piece of tape against the line of the 'X' to create a spacer (figure A). Continue the pattern.


    3. Paint over the tape with latex paint, then allow to dry.


    4. Remove the tape (figure B).


    5. Paint the brass door frame silver (figure C).
