Art Deco Study: Silver Desk From "Fresh Coat" episode DFCT-113

Silver paint is added to the homeowner's desk.

A plain glass-top desk sparkles with a new silver border and legs.

Materials:

Silver paint
Painter's tape
1" flat brush
Damp cloth

1. Paint the desk legs with silver paint.

   
   

2. Flip over the silver top, then lay two strips of tape along the table edge (figure A). Remove the outside piece to create a border.

   
   

3. Next, paint the border silver.

   
   

4. Take a damp cloth along the edge of the table (figure B) to remove excess paint.
