Plaster Pedestal- Apply latex base coat, allow to dry, then apply silver metallic paint (figure B).
- Use cheesecloth or rag to wipe highlighted areas and remove paint and allow some of the base coat to show through (figure C).
- Dip brush in silver paint, and flick back bristles to create splatter finish on top of pedestal.

 A shimmery pedestal becomes an elegant table.

Lamp and Mirror- Spray the items with silver spray paint and allow to dry.
- Apply antiquing glaze over the silver, then use cheesecloth or rags to remove most of antiquing glaze (figure D). Leave glaze in crevices.
