Pour quick setting concrete into the frame to create a solid foundation. Screen until smooth and level. Be sure to give the concrete plenty of time to set up and dry (figure C).Install a propane regulator by hooking it up to the copper tubing ran from the propane tank.Note: Professional assistance is recommended for this procedure.)
Once the cement is dry remove the temporary wood frame.Mortar a single course of cinderblocks into place on the cement base. This creates the frame that stone will eventually adhere to (figure D).
