    Steps:

    • Be sure to run copper tubing from the 1000-gallon propane tank to the deck area before installing the accent lights

Note: We recommend hiring a licensed plumber for this procedure .

    • To run copper tubing to the upper deck, drill a hole in the bottom of the upper deck that connects to an interior wall upstairs.

    • Since it is difficult to feed the copper tubing through the walls, slip a guide string down the hole in the interior wall and use a vacuum cleaner to pull it out at the hole in the bottom of the deck.

    • Attach copper tubing to the bottom of the guide string with electrical tape and pull it up through the interior hole.

    • Drill a hole through the exterior wall where you wish to affix the accent light and push copper tubing through.

    • Secure a copper valve into place to transport propane to lantern. Then, anchor bolts into the wall and screw the valve into place.

    • Finally, connect the lantern to the wall.
