A satinless-steel sink is easy to clean and to install.

    Materials:

    plumber's putty
    screwdriver
    crescent wrenches

    Steps:

    1. Put the sink clips in the channel on the underside of the sink and set the sink in place. Tighten the sink clips to the countertop.

    2. Grab a handful of plumber's putty and roll it into a bead. Place it on the underside of the drain basket. Set the drain basket in the opening, hand-tighten the lock-nut and use locking pliers to secure it. Remove excess putty.

    3. Feed the supply lines through the deck plate then drop them into the sink.

    4. Add the flange, retaining clip and the threaded pipe.

    5. Add the supply line extensions and connect them to the shut-offs.

    6. If the existing P-trap assembly is still in good shape, it can be used for the new sink.
