    A concrete counter gives the kitchen warmth and an urban edge.

    Materials:

    painter’s tape
    silicone
    caulk gun

    Steps:

    1. Set countertop on cabinets.
    2. Tape off edge of cabinets with painter’s tape.
    3. Lift up countertop and run a bead of silicone along the top of the cabinets. Replace countertop and remove painter's tape.
