    Table Base

Determine the height needed for the table to function with booths. Customize the height of the found table base accordingly with shims. In this project, three layers of 1" x 4" stock stacked on top of the base with glue and screws were used.

    1. Lightly sand the base to accept new stain and polyurethane.

    2. Apply the stain, and then allow to dry.

    3. Apply two coats of high gloss polyurethane, and let dry.

    4. Attach to the bottom of the finished table.
