    Installing the Countertops

    1. Put the countertops in place (figure A).

    2. Put the turnbuckles in the pre-drilled holes.

    3. Brush wood glue into the pre-drilled slots on the edge of the countertop. Then add wood glue to the biscuits and insert them into the slots.

    4. Slide the countertop segments together (figure B) and wipe away excess glue.

    5. Under the counter, insert the locking rings in the adjacent holes to keep the bolts from turning when tightening the cinch nut of the turnbuckle (figure C).

    6. Repeat until all of the countertop is installed, and then attach it to the cabinets with 100-percent silicone and smooth it out.
