Installing the Countertops- Put the countertops in place (figure A).
- Put the turnbuckles in the pre-drilled holes.
- Brush wood glue into the pre-drilled slots on the edge of the countertop. Then add wood glue to the biscuits and insert them into the slots.
- Slide the countertop segments together (figure B) and wipe away excess glue.
- Under the counter, insert the locking rings in the adjacent holes to keep the bolts from turning when tightening the cinch nut of the turnbuckle (figure C).
- Repeat until all of the countertop is installed, and then attach it to the cabinets with 100-percent silicone and smooth it out.
