    Luckily the mold problem isn't as bad as first suspected. All the homeowners have to do is to clean out the wall cavities.

    1. Use a putty knife and vacuum to remove any loose dirt.

    2. Use a pressure sprayer (figure A) with a mixture of 50 percent water and 50 percent bleach, which will kill any living organisms on the base of the studs and the floor.

    3. Scrub the area with a stiff brush (figure B) and clean it up with a mop.

    In the next (third of four) episode, Paul and the homeowners prep the subfloor and install the new bamboo flooring. A stainless expert comes to talk about the backsplash. Paul and Keith install the base cabinets so the honed granite countertop can be put in.
