The New Plan From "Kitchen Renovations" episode DKTN-401

In this opening segment host Paul Ryan and the homeowners, Keith and Miquel, discuss the problems with their current kitchen. They discover that making a pass-through in one wall will be cost prohibitive. The architects develop a new plan that will unite the dining room and kitchen and add elements to bring it up-to-date.

	The solution: Knock out the adjoining wall and open the kitchen up...
	into a spacious, eye-popping, contemporary treasure.

The New Plan

• Tear out the wall that separates the kitchen and the dining room (figure A).

• Install bamboo flooring (figure B).

• An extensive lighting plan (figure F) will be added.
