1. Steve and Michelle decided to use lumicor acrylic panels (figure A) in a couple of their glass insert doors.

2. The inserts didn't exactly fit the doors, so the lumicor had to be cut. To cut lumicor, tape Rosin paper to the bottom so it doesn't get scratched as you slide it through the saw (figure B). A plywood blade is good to use.

   Tip: Saw blades with fewer teeth cut faster, blades with more teeth cut more cleanly and smoothly. Specialty steel saw blades are designed to cut specific materials such as aluminum, plastics, ferrous metals and plywoods.

3. Place the panels in the door and then secure them in place with a putty knife (figure C).

In this final segment, the new faucet is installed.
