The Ramirez Family minus one: Tanya and baby Jacob (whom deployed dad Albert hasn't met yet).

DIY's Help on the Homefront crew visits the Ramirez family in Virginia Beach, Virginia to offer some much needed help. Petty Officer Albert Ramirez was deployed to Iraq while pregnant wife Tanya was left to get ready for the birth of their son. "Getting stuff done around the house is something that happens when I can get to it. It's definitely one of the bottom things on my list, because I can't get to it between him and school . . . it's just very difficult," laments Tanya Ramirez. Tanya has since delivered a son, Jacob. Taking care of him and working full-time as an elementary school teacher doesn't leave much time for anything else. Tanya would like for the DIY crew to decorate the nursery, build a ramp off the deck for their dog Macy, and repair the air conditioner in Albert's car.
