    1. Wrap the backer board of the picture frame in fabric, gluing and stapling in place from behind. Cut the excess material as needed.

    2. Place the large dress in place under the frame (figure A), and then cut any material that extends beyond the sides.

    3. Use a hot glue gun (figure B) to attach the clothing items and accessories to the front of the backer board.

    4. Attach the frame to the backer board. Hide the cut ends of the dress behind the large picture frame.
