Welcome to Homeowner in Process, a weekly diary marking a milestone in one family's life: the building of their first home. Adero's association with DIY and Habitat for Humanity International began in April 2002, when she took the first step on the process of qualifying for a Habitat home. Learn about her journey! It begins with her 11-month timeline, from a chance meeting that sparked her interest in the program to the pouring of her home's concrete foundation.
