Paint:Marooned SW6020
Materials:
sports magazines
single bulb projector
artist brushes
sponge applicators
1. Use "action shots" taken from sports magazines, and then place the images upside down in a lighted projector. 2. Darken the light in the room, and then project the image onto the wall to create an image approximately 30 inches tall.
3. Place the images so they intersect the horizontal stripes on the wall. Stagger the images at different heights to accentuate the "jumping in air" action of surfing, skating or biking images.
4. Trace the entire image onto the wall with a pencil leaving blank spaces between "elements" such as a foot and pedal or hands and handle bars.
5. Fill in the traced outline with "Marooned" (figure J).
