    Framed Border

For added interest, groups of framed pictures and mirrors are hung in rows on each wall of the nursery.

    Materials:

    two pictures
    small mirrors
    pop rivet nails

    1. Mark two spots for the two pictures in the group of three. Each mark should be 22-1/2 inches down from the ceiling and centered between the two "borders"--in this project, the door frame and wall corner. That will make the two prints 26-1/2 inches apart from each other to form a "border". Make a pencil mark, and use two pop rivet nails to hold each print.

    2. Then make a mark centered between the two pictures--but lower--for the smaller, centered mirror. We used a measurement 26-1/2 inches from the ceiling. Use a pop rivet nail to hang the smaller center frame.

    3. For the second group of three pictures, using the window frames on each side as "borders", find the center point—at 22-1/2 inches down from the ceiling. Mark with a pencil, and use two pop rivet nails to hang the large picture.

    4. Measure 24-1/2 inches down from the ceiling; find the center between the picture and the window frame on each side, or your "border". Mark the spot, and hang the two smaller flanking mirrors.
