 |

Paint:Sockeye SW6619 (Sherwin Williams) Cosmetic Peach SW6681 (Sherwin Williams) Feather White SW6619 (Sherwin Williams) Materials: paint rollers brushes paint trays drop cloths pencil tape measure 2" wide painters blue tape level or straight edge - Paint the walls, ceiling and trim with "Feather White".
- Measure up 35 inches from the top of the base board, and then make a light pencil mark on the wall. Continue around the room making light pencil marks at the 35 inch height, every one to two feet. Use a level or straight edge to connect the marks and draw a straight line on the wall around the room. Place tape along the top of the pencil line using two inch wide painters tape. Make sure to press the tape down firmly to prevent paint from seeping under the tape. Paint the lower half of the wall "Sockeye".
- After the lower half of the room is completely dry, measure up 35 inches from the top of the area just painted (the first pencil line), and then make a light pencil mark on the wall. Continue around the room making pencil marks at the 35 inch height every one or two feet. Use a level or straight edge to connect the marks, and then draw a straight line on the wall around the room. Place tape along the top of the pencil line at the top of the wall (70 inches up from the baseboard) using two inch wide painters tape. Again, press down firmly to prevent paint from seeping under the tape.
- Tape around the room again this time just below the top of the "Sockeye" paint using two inch painters tape. Paint the upper half of the wall between the two strips of tape with "Cosmetic Peach". The lighter color will remain along the top several inches of the wall on the ceiling. Remove the tape and allow the walls to dry thoroughly before beginning the decorative techniques.
